29 Jan, 2021: I came in contact with Sanchit through one of my college friends via LinkedIn. He had been an amazing mentor, right from keeping track of my weekly progress through giving tips and tricks for Interview Preparation. He also took Mock Interviews and even helped me with my resume.😅
I had nearly sent him 50+ resume drafts and he patiently reviewed them, each time suggesting some new changes to make. This was the best part of the entire mentoring process. I guess there are only a few mentors like him who are so much involved in this entire process of onboarding the candidates and helping them in cracking the interviews. He has helped a lot of people and I am glad that I can in contact with him. I wouldn't have been able to crack the Google Interview without his help and support. I hope that someday I would be able to return the help I have received from him by mentoring others.

29 Jan, 2021: Sanchit will go to lengths to help people around him, this is what I have always seen since I've known him. From helping someone prepare for an interview to get into their dream company to just listening to someone talk about what's right and not right in their life, Sanchit will be there.
What makes him the happiest is to see people around him excel and grow.
I've seen his passion for the cause he stands for and it is something that has always inspired me. 9 Jan, 2021: Sanchit is a friend and mentor to me. He shared prep tips with me during my intern interviews and answered any questions I had regarding the interview process. Once I got my intern, he motivated me to practice for conversion interviews a month before the intern started. I used to share update on my progress everyday and he celebrated every achievement we made along the way; be it me performing well in a coding contest or me reaching a milestone in leetcode. Besides, we sometimes joke around/ play scribble and among us together.

9 Jan, 2021: I was introduced to Sanchit by a very good friend of mine. It was at a time when I was working hard on improving my technical skills. I somewhere knew that not being from those elite colleges might be an obstacle to the opportunities that come my way. 10 Jan, 2021: Sanchit provides guidance in his own unique way. He tries to resolve as many problem as one can have regarding the guidance he provide. He makes sure that the things are not monotonous, to make sure of that he keeps sharing memes, any kind of post which could help. He takes updates every week which keep us consistent, he lets us know if there is any kind of improvement we can make. He is very particular when it comes to formate in which we have to give weekly updates, which too helps us. Initially I used to do codeforces only, than Sanchit introduced me to Leetcode platform for practising problems and I found it very helpful. It was indeed a dream come true for me to get an internship offer from Google, which was all possible due to Sanchit's excellent mentorship and guidance. I have been in contact with Sanchit for about last 6-8 months now and I have never seen anyone dedicated so much and putting this much efforts in reducing gender gap in Tech and motivating every person in his contact to give their best. He makes you realise your potential and scolds you in case you are not doing to the level you could for your own good. Being from non-CS background it's very difficult for someone to even think about to crack any software job or internship, similar case was with me as my branch is ECE , I was very confused like what to study, how to start then luckily I came to know about Sanchit, I told him everything then he gave me whole roadmap like what to study, which things you have to follow, how to practice data structures and algorithms, which platforms you have to follow for coding practice. After the Google internship was over, I did not get a PPO and was getting rejected from company after company. I was really lost and messaged him out of the blue. He motivated me a lot and gave me an action plan. I will be forever be grateful to him that he did not give me sympathy or tell me everything will be ok. 13 Jan, 2021: "I was introduced to Sanchit by a senior of my college so I could be mentored by him. Since then, he has been a very inspiring and motivating mentor. He regularly analyses updates from us and dutifully congratulates us and corrects us whenever required. He also shares tips so that our we become better programmers and problem solvers.
It has not been very long since I have known him and I remember feeling anxious to ask him doubts but to help me feel more comfortable, Sanchit had also played chess with me and even suggested how I can get better at it. So, apart from the regular encouragement in coding, he also helps us reduce stress by playing games with us and sharing his lame jokes.
He had conducted a session on resume building where he gave all our resumes individual attention and suggested changes. This was great help for me to make my resume stand out. 9 Jan, 2021: Sanchit is mentoring so many people. He is really an inspiration to all of us. He motivates me to be a better programmer and a better person. He guided me how to prepare for interviews and also shares his own experiences which always encourage me. I like his process of taking regular updates, which motivates me to be persistent. His constant support has been invaluable.

11 Jan, 2021: Sanchit has been an exceptional mentor to me. He is mentoring me for 1+ years. As a mentor, he has always tried to help me become a better version of myself. Our conversations helped me grow both personally and professionally. Giving him regular updates taught me to be consistent and keep track of my preparation. Sanchit not only motivated me to believe in myself, but was also strict enough to make sure I work hard and prepare myself properly for my placements and life in general. He supported me constantly in tough decisions in my life, be it scolding me on calls or watching stand up comedies together. He has helped me through thick and thin.
