I came in contact with Sanchit through one of my college friends via LinkedIn. He had been an amazing mentor, right
from keeping track of my weekly progress through giving tips and tricks for Interview Preparation. He also took Mock
Interviews and even helped me with my resume.😅
I had nearly sent him 50+ resume drafts and he patiently reviewed them, each time suggesting some new changes to make.
This was the best part of the entire mentoring process. I guess there are only a few mentors like him who are so much
involved in this entire process of onboarding the candidates and helping them in cracking the interviews. He has helped
a lot of people and I am glad that I can in contact with him. I wouldn't have been able to crack the Google Interview
without his help and support. I hope that someday I would be able to return the help I have received from him by
mentoring others.

Sanchit will go to lengths to help people around him, this is what I have always seen since I've known him. From
helping someone prepare for an interview to get into their dream company to just listening to someone talk about
what's right and not right in their life, Sanchit will be there.
What makes him the happiest is to see people around him excel and grow.
I've seen his passion for the cause he stands for and it is something that has always inspired me. I remember having
this conversation with him where I was making a decision for the initial phase of my career and he was there guiding
me through that. I can definitely say he's an awesome mentor and guide. For anyone new I can assure you that he will
be one of the best mentors you'll ever come across.

Sanchit is a friend and mentor to me. He shared prep tips with me during my intern interviews and
answered any questions I had regarding the interview process. Once I got my intern, he motivated
me to practice for conversion interviews a month before the intern started. I used to share update
on my progress everyday and he celebrated every achievement we made along the way; be it me
performing well in a coding contest or me reaching a milestone in leetcode. Besides, we sometimes

I was introduced to Sanchit by a very good friend of mine. It was at a time when I was working hard
on improving my technical skills. I somewhere knew that not being from those elite colleges might be
an obstacle to the opportunities that come my way. Sanchit helped me in preparing the right way,
making sure that I'm on the correct track. He helped me push the limits and realize my potential. It
was with his help that I was able to get the opportunities I deserved based on my skills. I'm just
one example. Sanchit guides and mentors so many other students this way, besides doing his own work.
He also aims to bridge the gender gap in the technical field by helping more women in technology to
get into this industry. I wish him all the luck and success in this endeavour.

Sanchit has a knack of getting straight to the point about stuff, which takes some time getting used to.
Nonetheless, he's a fantastic mentor and can be relied on for quick and candid feedback during any kind of
preparation so that one can rectify his/her mistakes before they ruin an opportunity for you. His guidance
helped me narrow down an ocean of content and create a practical strategy for interview preparations.
All this would have been sufficient on its own, but there's more.
Just let him sense in some way that you are feeling underconfident and expect a
sarcastic/inspiring/optimistic/realistic/possibly cheesy yet effective pick me up on your way. His treasure
trove of relatable content helps in any stage of hopelessness you can find yourself in.
Keeping all the helpful stuff aside, catch him in some (rare) free time to trade WhatsApp stickers, nerdy trivia and horrible,
horrible puns [""People keep me posted about their progress even though I'm not a letter :( ""]."

"I was introduced to Sanchit by a senior of my college so I could be mentored by him. Since then, he has been
a very inspiring and motivating mentor. He regularly analyses updates from us and dutifully congratulates us and
corrects us whenever required. He also shares tips so that our we become better programmers and problem solvers.
It has not been very long since I have known him and I remember feeling anxious to ask him doubts but to help me
feel more comfortable, Sanchit had also played chess with me and even suggested how I can get better at it. So,
apart from the regular encouragement in coding, he also helps us reduce stress by playing games with us and
sharing his lame jokes.
He had conducted a session on resume building where he gave all our resumes individual attention and suggested
changes. This was great help for me to make my resume stand out. I feel he is the right amount of strict a mentor
should be to push a mentee forward and make her work hard and also the right amount of friendly so we can reach
out to him with our insecurities and share our problems and ask doubts.

Sanchit Gupta has been mentoring me for more than a year now. I am one of the several hundred women he
mentors with a focus on bridging the gender gap in technology.
With the help of his sincere efforts I have bagged multiple internship offers this year. Sanchit takes
weekly progress reports and encourages us. He shares resources and preparatory guides vital to acing
interviews with the biggest tech companies. He has not only helped me improve my technical skills but
also addressed problems related to mental health on a personal level. He also helps lighten our moods
by playing games and with his good sense of humour. Sanchit is passionate about all his endeavours and
is very much persistent in them. I wish him great success in his upcoming ventures.

1 Jan, 2021: I met Sanchit through LinkedIn. I got to know about how he has built a spectacular network
where he manages to connect talented people to opportunities in the STEM field. Being himself a Software Engineer
at Google, it is truly amazing that he takes his time to guide people and I am honored to be a part of this network.
I remember that one day I was highly demotivated, I pinged him, he responded in the best way possible. First of all,
he has a great understanding ability and secondly, he has an insane sense of humor. People say that to succeed,
you must be a good human first and I can definitely say that he is one without any doubt! He is truly an inspiration
for everybody out there.

1 Jan, 2021: I feel very fortunate to have Sanchit as my mentor. The way he monitors my progress and
tells to continue working hard keeps me motivated. Being an engineering student, I feel it’s very tough to
decide what to focus on in this overwhelming world of technology. However, because of Sanchit, now I have a
much clearer picture of the things I need to work on. His constant guidance and his assertion on how to face
rejection gives me that patience to keep working consistently.

Sanchit is an amazing person, he mentors so many candidates throughout the country sharing his experience,
learnings and helping them to find referrals for getting opportunities in different companies. The most
amazing thing about Sanchit , is that it helps us to keep going with Sanchit and his mentees/friends aroun
us. Sachit himself has an inspiring journey which make us believe that we can do it. Also we all play
different games like Among Us, Scribble and also we share memes which we all enjoy and that works as a
stress reliver in this tiring pandemic time.

For so much time, Sanchit single-handedly mentored and guided the students so that they can excel in their fields. I got in contact
with him last year and he has helped me to get hold of my competitive programming and in the interviews as well. I
am really grateful and I am definitely sure that he will not stop and continue to make more people like me.

I owe majority of my credit for being placed for Internships to Sanchit. As a college student, there is a lot
of self doubt about one's capabilities. Sanchit not only motivated me to believe in myself, but was also strict
enough to make sure I work hard and prepare myself properly for my placements and life in general. He supported
me constantly in tough decisions in my life, be it scolding me on calls or watching stand up comedies together.
He has helped me through thick and thin. I really wouldn't be here without his constant support and guidance.

Sanchit is a great mentor. When I was in the difficult stage of my career, Sanchit guided and
helped me gain confidence to do coding questions. He always motivates me to go for the better path.
Due to his guidence I am trained enough to solve a lot of coding questions in various coding platforms.
He also gave me chance to interview for good tech companies. I believe that having a good mentor will make
achieving your goal easier. I am blessed to have such an amazing mentor like Sanchit.
